Novlette migrated to the United States from Kingston, Jamaica a little over 30 years ago. A graduate of Fordham University in the Bronx, she received a BA in Communications. Prior to working at St. Bart's, she worked for Lenox Hill Hospital in the Human Resources department for 10 years.
